Refunds/Exchanges/ Damaged Freight

At this stage, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds or exchanges. However, if an item is damaged due to freight handling, or you receive the wrong item/s, please be in contact with us within 24 hours of receiving your purchase, and we can get this sorted for you.

Where freight damages occur, please get in contact within 24 hours of receiving your order, where we will request to see photos of the damage, and work through getting replacement products resent to you.
